yup

Autumn my calico oranda passed away some time last night

She had developed dropsy, but I haven’t mentioned it

I caught it only because I’d looked at her from above and her scales were pineconing very slightly

I isolated her and began treating her, she was doing really well. Her scales were flat and she’d never even started acting ill

so I was going to keep up treatment and felt hopeful

but I woke up this morning and heard a loud noise, I thought it was a filter giving out. I went in to the kitchen and it was flooded, Autumns tank was empty, er filter screaming and she was dead on the bottom where a crack had formed in the glass

The crack wasn’t there when I changed her water before going to bed, I don’t know how it got there 

I’m so sorry Autumn

You were perfect, Angel Fish. There will never be another one like you
